Apple fibres
They contain polyphenols, which are antioxidants that are 4 times stronger than vitamin C and 5 times stronger than vitamin E. Polyphenols also have a bene ficial effect on bone mineralisation. The apple pectins are assimilated easily by the animal and gently control the digestion. They increase the elimination of food residues and the insoluble pectic acid stimulates the digestive tract.
Fructo-oligosaccharides
These are prebiotics that, by stimulating the growth of beneficial digestive flora (bifidobacteria, lactobacilli), reduce pathogenic bacteria in the digestive system. They also reduce foul-smelling compounds and protect against digestive problems.
Linseed
Rich in oméga 3 (essential fatty acids that ensure the fluidity of all the membranes in the animal), linseed has anti-inflammatory and blood thinning properties.
